"At Bagatelle, we are not accustomed to having problem odours but we had been experiencing a problem with odour radiating from a resident's wound. Despite contacting the local hospital and other companies we had until now been unsuccessful in eradicating this problem.

We had been given a spray from one company which took away the problem for a short time but frequent spraying of the room was required or the odour returned. This also raised concerns regarding the use of a spray when the resident is in the room.

I had spoken to Senit Solutions regarding this specific problem and they supplied us with the Air Silent to test. This has been a great success with odour no longer an issue. The original bulb on the machine worked well but was not strong enough to maintain the eradication of the odour; however, Senit Solutions were very prompt in dealing with this issue and provided a stronger bulb which has maintained our odour free environment.

The machine, as its name suggests, is silent and unobtrusive in the residents’ room with the resident being comfortably maintained there as there is no need for the residents to leave the room whilst the machine is operating."
